Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court records, but Allen County records do not all sit in one place. The Clerk of the District Court handles district court case files, divorce decrees, probate files, criminal cases, civil actions, and district traffic matters. Iola Municipal Court keeps its own municipal complaints, bench warrants, dispositions, and court orders. The Allen County Sheriff's Office, Kansas VINE, KDOC KASPER, KDHE, and the Kansas Judicial Branch each cover different record channels. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for those offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
